In this video Emily Raymond shares her experience as a person with a disability being supported in her decision making, why this is important, and narrates both a positive and negative real life experiences of decision making.

Aoife O’Toole works for Cheshire Ireland who provide services to 295 adults with disabilities across Ireland. In 2011, Cheshire closed two congregate care settings and has transformed services to create and maintain individualised support options for people in the community.
