In this presentation explains some things learned from being involved in his community with disabilities. He explores how this personal engagement moved into a professional engagement and how A Place to Belong - a small community agency - emerged from this. Neil will describe some of the central guiding principles, values and strategies around which their work focuses and share how understanding belonging helps us approach our work.
